Have not been able to workout legs without knee pain in years and had basically given up on trying due to a torn ligament that will require surgery to fix and I am trying to avoid surgery until I just have to due to its a 6 week no weight bearing after surgery...anyways I have been testing these for two weeks no pain whatsoever and doing a full workout..obviously not trying to set any personal records but these sleeves WORK!!! I made sure to get a size down for extra support..complete Game Changer for me.
